This is a
division for girl's ages 5 to 6 years old. There are no
tryouts. All girls will be placed on a team. This is a
division for girls to learn the fundamentals of throwing,
fielding and hitting. In Girls Tee Ball, players hit a ball
off a batting tee. No live pitching is permitted in this
division. This is a non-competitive division with practices
and games but no scores or standings are kept. Rules of the
game may be varied to accommodate the need for teaching. The
primary goals of Girls Tee Ball Softball are to instruct
children in the fundaments of softball and to allow them to
experience the value of teamwork. We do everything possible
to accommodate manager/coach and friend requests you make
during the registration process. If you would like to form
your own Tee Ball Team or form as many girls as possible we
will fill the team in with girls who sign up.
Little
League Softball and this division is a great opportunity for
your daughter to learn the game properly. Join Gilbert
Softball Little League where your daughter will progress and
learn at a much faster pace and with excitement. There is
nothing better than fast pitch softball. Do not be left out,
join something great, Little League Softball!!
